An Overview of Our Contingency, Budget and Self Service Recruiting Services

Contingency
This is the traditional recruiting model whereby the hiring company pays a percentage of a candidate's guaranteed first year compensation when a candidate located by the recruiter is hired. Our fee is 25% of the candidate's annual salary which includes a 90-day replacement guarantee. The rate is reduced to 20% if we are engaged to work on multiple jobs simultaneously.

How We Recruit and Locate Quality Candidate

Budget (for salaried jobs up to $100,000)
Adhering to the same recruiting process and activities as the contingency model, we enable you to reduce your overall hiring expense by paying $3,750 monthly per job for our recruiting services -- for as long as you need us. This is a month-to-month service with no annual contract. In return, you don't pay a percentage when you hire a candidate we provide to you.

Given we typically fill jobs in two to three months, your total recruiting fee for a $100,000 job will likely range between $7,500 to $11,250 -- resulting in a recruiting fee of 7.5% or 11.3%, respectively vs. a 25% contingency fee. This approach provides you with the same exceptional services and candidates but provides an incentive for hiring companies to streamline the hiring process, make faster hiring decisions, and onboard quality candidates.

As we work for you on a month-to-month basis, we'll provide detailed month-end candidate reports for your review. By definition, this approach does not include a replacement guarantee. Please contact us to explore the Budget approach for salaried jobs over $100,000.

An Overview of Our Budget Recruiting Service

Self-Service via MarketResearchCareers
We enable you to post a job to an online audience of 50,000+ market research professionals. In addition, you will receive, via email, a single document containing the resumes of up to 100 researchers that meet the geographic and title specifications of your job. The fee is $395 per job, or $1,995 for unlimited job postings over a 12-month period.
